While most of my patterns, templates, and woodworking plans are free, has a few paid downloads and I think it’s important to communicate how those downloads- and potential refunds- work. Although I work really to ensure my paid downloads are the best quality, easy to download, and fun to use- I know they might not be exactly what you need or expected.  Because I want all crafters and creators to have the right tools they need, I offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed in the first 30 days, with the only requirement for receiving a refund being meeting the basic criteria below:

  • You are within the first 30 days of the original purchase.
  • You have reached out and allowed me or my team to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the refund is needed.
  • You agree to destroy physical copies and delete digital resources when the refund is granted.
